12th Smriti Din of Karmyogi Babasaheb DeshmukhObserved with a Difference




        16 August, the ‘Smriti Din’ of the founder-chairman, visionary and beloved Babasaheb Deshmukh has been observed with various activities of social interest.  A week long programmes included Cleanliness Campaign, Charity work and other service activities.
        On the 14th of August, A free medical checkup and diagnostic camp was organized for the women in the surrounding villages.
        Apart from the Physicians, the specialists for ENT ailments, Dentists and Vision defects were also present at the camp to volunteer their services.
        More than a hundred women were examined and given treatment.  The Lion's Club of Nanded in association with the Chemists and Druggists Association-Nanded  has provided free pathological investigation and medicines to the patients.
        



On the 15th August, A taluka level ‘Kabaddi’ competition  was organized for the youth teams from various villages in the surroundings.
        In an overwhelming response, 19 teams from the surrounding villages participated.  The event has attracted large crowd for witnessing the tough competition among the teams.  The Bajrang Krida Mandal Team A and Team B from Biloli stood Winners and the Runners up respectively. 

        Babasaheb Deshmukh had always encouraged the rural and conventional sports of India right since his youth.
